Poker Lounge Club ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application Poker Lounge Club (the "App") handles information when you use it. We designed Poker Lounge Club as an offline-first application, meaning your data stays on your device. We believe the best privacy policy is one where there is almost nothing to disclose.

1 Information We Collect

Poker Lounge Club is designed to function entirely offline. We collect minimal to no personal information. Specifically:

• No account creation required. You do not need to register, sign up, or provide any personal details such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the App.
• No personal data is transmitted. The App does not send any data to our servers or any third-party servers. All gameplay, quiz results, lesson progress, and statistics remain exclusively on your device.
• Locally stored preferences. The App uses your device's local storage (SharedPreferences on Android, UserDefaults on iOS) to save your settings, game progress, quiz scores, and statistics. This data never leaves your device.

2 Local Data Storage

All data generated through your use of the App is stored locally on your device. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Game progress and match history
• Quiz scores and completion status
• Lesson progress and bookmarks
• Player statistics (win rate, hands played, streaks)
• App settings and display preferences

We do not have access to this data. It exists solely on your device and is managed by your device's operating system. If you uninstall the App, this data may be permanently deleted by your operating system.

3 Camera and Photo Permissions

The App may request access to your device's camera or photo library. This permission is used exclusively for customer support purposes, such as allowing you to attach a screenshot when submitting a support request or bug report.

• Camera and photo access is entirely optional. The App functions fully without granting this permission.
• Photos or images captured through this feature are not stored, uploaded, or processed by us unless you explicitly choose to send them as part of a support request.
• You can revoke this permission at any time through your device's system settings.

4 Analytics and Tracking

Poker Lounge Club does not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, crash reporting tools, or telemetry of any kind. We do not collect usage statistics, device identifiers, IP addresses, location data, or any other form of behavioral or diagnostic data. There are no hidden trackers. What you do in the App stays in the App.

5 Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data with third parties. Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to share. Specifically:

• No data is sold to advertisers or data brokers.
• No data is shared with analytics or marketing platforms.
• No third-party SDKs that collect user data are embedded in the App.

6 Children's Privacy

Poker Lounge Club is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because the App does not collect any personal data, there is no risk of inadvertent collection of children's information. However, we recommend that parents and guardians supervise their children's use of mobile applications. If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to address the concern.

7 Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You may delete your data through any of the following methods:

• In-app reset: Navigate to Settings within the App and use the reset option to clear all saved progress, statistics, and preferences.
• Uninstall the App: Removing Poker Lounge Club from your device will delete all associated local data stored by the App.
• Clear app data: Use your device's system settings to clear the App's storage and cache at any time.

Because we do not store any of your data on our servers, there is no data for us to delete on our end. Your data deletion is immediate and permanent.

8 Internet and Network Usage

Poker Lounge Club is designed to operate entirely offline. The App does not require an internet connection to function. No data is transmitted over the network during normal use. If a future update introduces any online features, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and you will be notified before any data transmission occurs.

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. For material changes that affect how your data is handled, we will provide notice through the App or other appropriate means.
